Bitter Cold, Bitter Joints

The severe cold can have a real impact on the joints in your body. Especially, but not only, if you suffer from arthritis.

Take the time to move a bit.

Do some yoga.

Warm up, before braving the cold -
move your wrists and fingers for a couple minutes,
reach up and over your head to move the shoulders,
do the can-can or play rockette for a moment to get the knock out of those knees
nothing high impact just moving and warming

Get the fluid in your joints warmed up and the bitter cold won't be biting so hard.
Take a hot bath when you get back inside, have some cocoa, and cuddle up.
