After the holidays many of us find ourselves still wrapped in the stress that the season can bring. Family Time, resolution time, etc. can all be very pressing.
Take a breath. Perhaps setting aside some time to yourself should be on your list of resolutions. Five minutes or even hours dedicated to you. Allow thoughts to come and just go. Try a new hobby. Make a summertime favorite. You deserve it.
